Me in a nutshell

I am Sofie Bookelmann, coach and team coach. I believe that every single person is unique and has it's own strenght. My mission is to guide people back to their inner essence and intuïtion, so you can make choices that really fit YOU©. In teams, I also believe that teams are strongest with a diverse set of skills that complement each other.

I have always been interested in people and their driving forces. During my study, I researched various teams and organisations on how to be succesful and got a first glance on theories about personalities and how they complement each other. In the meantime I completed various coach trainings and workshops for 1-on-1 coaching as well and I am even more motivated to guide people back to their authentic self.

It was 5 years ago that Human Design crossed my path, I learned even more about our human uniqueness and the strength it brings if everybody would be their authentic self. In combination with the knowledge that I am highly gifted and highly sensitive, it really helped me to live my authentic life that is aligned with my mission.
